Zoo Boise

A few of us went to the Boise Zoo before Jason and I left town.  It's a great little zoo.. perfect size!

We made it to the goats, and lucky for Jason, Aunt Jessica had some quarters to spare!

He had fun feeding them.

Bonka treated Jason to a ride on the carosel.

And he even got a ride himself! 

I think Jason's favorite part was the penguins. 

And mine was the giraffs. 

At the very end of our visit, we saw the lions, and while we were there, the big male lion started roaring.  He gave us about 10 good roars in a row.  It was so awesome!  I only wish we could have seen his face while he was doing it.  He was roaring into the bushes.  I've never had that happen at a zoo before.  It was great!
